Plenty of race action this weekend from both ends of the country. Down in the southern bit it’s the final event of the ever-popular Gorrick Exodus Spring Series at Surrey Hill, Bagshot on Sunday. It should be a big race, with plenty of category titles going right to the wire. The racers will be battling it out for Spring Series trophies, prizes from generous local shops and of course Exodus Adventure Holidays.
You can enter on the day, or grab yourself an entry form from www.gorrick.com.
Somewhere up towards the other end of the UK the NPS XC/Trek 6-4-2 Enduro circus has hauled itself all the way from Round One in Plymouth up to Drumlanrig Castle near Dumfries for Round Two. The Plymouth event went down a storm, so the format looks successful and Drumlanrig proved to be a popular venue in 2003. All the ingredients are therefore in place for another top event. The NPS XC is on Saturday and the Trek 6-4-2 Enduro on Sunday. More details at www.inevent.co.uk.
