Video: Epic trail, but where is it?

Wow, this trail looks like it has everything a mountain biker could ever wish for. But just how long did it take them to build it?!

Does anyone know where this epic singletrack is? Doesn’t look too dissimilar to the Monmouth trails to us but we have a feeling it could be in South America somewhere.
