The bit of MTB attire I have retained is the elbow pads. very useful and they they have also saved my elbows on more than one occasion. knee pads a bit too restrictive though. CX = adictive!!

Ha ha good one. Snapped my brake and shifter in that race, rode 90% of it single speed which I’m sure you can figure out, was not that pleasant. Knee pads may be a bit ‘soft’ MTFU!
