Hi…daft question but has any contact been attempted? My previous login details appear to have been forgotten and I’m not getting an email through to let me reset my password when I try the forgotten password piece…so I’m just wondering if an email has been sent about this as I haven’t heard anything from the password reminder system even though it tells me my email address has been recognised.
