morning if you burn calories in the monring, you’ll keep burning off more as your activities go on throughout the day. but if you just sleep right after a workout, your heart rate will drop so its less help.

You’re right packfill, I was a bit too quick with the keyboard! Changed it so it now reads Rocky Mountain, as it should have done in the first place!

Seen some rumours about the auto adjusting electronic Fox fork too, we’ve not got enough info to publish a story yet though

Di2 could be amazing on a mountain bike, especially when you get those unexpected climbs where you need to make the shift quick. You just can’t do that effectively with the current set up.
