Osprey Zealot hydration pack - just in

Share:

The latest from Osprey’s rapidly expanding backpack range is the Zealot, a bag aimed at the “modern freeride mountain biker.”

What that means is a product using many of the design cues and features found elsewhere in the company’s range, combined with a few that will make it ideal for the enduro/freeride/downhill riders.

Key of these is the huge front pouch that will take knee pads, with four buckle clips securing it into place. Combine that with the company’s nifty helmet attachment, and you’ve got the ideal bag for lugging your body armour and heavy helmet back to the top of the mountain.

The Zealot comes in two sizes; 10 or 16 litres, with the internal space well organised with pockets for tools and spares, plus a couple of easily accessible zipped pockets on the webbed waist straps. A ‘Tri-Section AirScape’ foam back panel should make carrying a heavy load on your back comfortable, while the ‘BioStretch’ ventilated harness provides high levels of support.

The Zealot is fully compatible with the Osprey’s Hydraform Reservoir and comes in two different colours: Pitch Black and Octane Blue. The Zealot 10 costs £70 and the Zealot 16 is £80.
