Trek Fisher Cobia

Gary Fisher has been doing 29ers for a decade, sticking to his guns about the advantages of the bigger wheels and his dedication finally paying off, as they’re now becoming mainstream.

What makes it special?

Because Fisher has been doing 29ers for so long, and their range is now completely dedicated to them, they offer something for all wallet sizes. Such as the Cobia. At £850 is fantastic value for money for the new cyclist or that person looking to try a 29er for the first time.

It’s got an Alpha Gold aluminium frame which has been butted and hydroformed, with Fisher’s unique G2 geometry. Build kit looks good for the money, making it an excellent choice all round.

Good luck getting one. They’re not available until June/July as Trek have sold out.

Good luck getting one. Trek have sold out and don’t have any until June/July.

Not sure what happened there. It said it didn’t post my previous response. Sorry BikeMagic!

We don’t have any in the warehouse, but that doesn’t mean that retailers are sold out. We just had a shipment a couple of weeks ago, and more are due in before June/July.

Just wanted to clarify the difference between us being out of stock as a supplier, vs. a retailer being out of stock.
